All of the three main relevant regulations for Interreg programmes are available in 24 languages since end of June. Also the budget regulation is ready to be read.
The Interreg Regulation, CPR Regulation, ERDF and Cohesion Regulation as well as the key budget decision MFF Regulation can be read online.
In the Interreg regulation you can find core features about the new territorial cooperation period of 2021-2027. These regulations are also setting the framework for the Interreg Alpine Space programme. The detailed priorities of the new period for our programme are written down in the ‘Interreg Alpine Space programme 2021-2027’, which is available on the programme website.
The CPR Regulation (Common Provisions Regulation) is all about the shared requirements of EU funded programmes. It is for eight shared managements funds. One of these funds is the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which funds the Interreg Alpine Space programme.
The ERDF and Cohesion Regulations are more for and are setting the policy objectives for Regional Policy, including the Interreg Alpine Space programme.
As a regulation for the budget, the MFF regulation (Multi-annual Financial Framework) is introducing the budget for each policy area (but not for each member state) and is setting limits for categories of spendings, which also apply for the Interreg Alpine Space programme.
